You have the option to place your order in person at our location. Alternatively, you can request a quote for your custom order by reaching out to us via email or phone.

For new orders, please allow seven to 10 business days for completion. Repeat orders typically take five to seven business days. We do offer rush order options, which can be discussed at the time of placing your order.

Common print locations for shirts include the left chest, center chest, upper back, middle back, lower back, and sleeves. For shorts and pants, prints are typically placed on the thighs and legs.

Yes, you may provide your own garments for printing and embroidery. However, please be aware that this may increase the risk of misprints. We require that any garments you supply are new and free from pet hair to ensure the best possible results.

To maintain your custom garment, we recommend machine washing it in warm water, turned inside out, with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed, tumble dry on medium heat, and do not iron over the screen printed area but you can iron on the embroidery area.

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping services for an additional fee. This allows us to deliver your custom shirts directly to your preferred address.
